Currently, I and my wife use it indoors just to strengthen the legs. It isn’t part of any exercise routine yet. Few things to note. Firstly, the weight bags are slotted into pouches, which can be remove if desired. We’ve used it for hours at a time, they haven’t loosened or fell off. I can’t comment for more intense movement like jogging and exercise routines. They stick out quite a bit, you will have to adjust your walking. The stitching is done very well, no lose threads. I don’t fear it will rip and fall apart. Having used it for about a month, I would say, it’s almost perfect. Only thing I feel they can do better, to spread the weight up, so it doesn’t stick out as much. It will make walking more natural.

You see I'm a chicken and I'm not really meant to fly. This is why I'm conflicted about these weights that my owner bought to add a little extra body weight for my safety to prevent my premature meeting with the Great Colonel in the fry. These are very good value for money and a very good idea in that you can add weights as your muscles get stronger and stronger. In my exercises I need a flat part of the weight where I can raise and lower my leg from the floor but when you have inserted all the weights there is no real flat part you can use. Otherwise full marks.

Super flexible weights as each has five little weight nags you can add in or leave out. Comfy to wear. I am using these post knee replacement to help build strength.

Not quite what I expected

The weights are adjustable by removing or replacing small ‘sacks’ or bags. This is reasonably easy but might be considered to be a bit of a fiddle, however they are well made and the general construction is very good - we’re very pleased with them.

my physio suggested i get leg weights, these are well worth the price.
