A great buy.
The poles are excellent for the money. I landed a 5-pound Bass with it two days after it arrived. I highly recommend the poles - and you get two.

Easy to use
The size was perfect, the reels are still working perfect. One of the rods was weak and snapped in half. The value was still a good one and I would buy them again.

Great Starter Fishing Gear
I purchased the Zebco 33 Spincast Reel and 2-Piece Fishing Rod for a family trip to Arkansas, where we were staying by the river with our five grandchildren. Knowing they were new to fishing, I wanted to find something that would be easy for them to use, and these rods seemed perfect for beginners! Transporting the rods was a breeze since they break down into two pieces, making them easy to fit in the car. The kids had a blast fishing with them and even managed to catch some fish, which was a highlight of our trip! The rods are lightweight and designed for ease of use, which is exactly what I was looking for to help the children learn the ropes. However, we did encounter a minor issue with one of the rods. The top piece that slides into the lower part chipped, which caused it to come apart during casting if used incorrectly. While it was a bit disappointing, I believe it was an isolated incident and didn’t detract too much from the overall experience. All in all, the Zebco 33 Spincast Reel and Fishing Rod are excellent for kids and beginners. They offer a fun and engaging way for young anglers to get started. Just watch for that potential issue, and you’re likely to have a great time fishing!

More advanced than other options
This is a little more advanced than for beginners as you have to actually reel it in and not push the button list abilities great the color is great and the size is great. It also allow for On The go fishing.

Not the same quality
Wow!!! Zebco is not what is used to be. Grandson just used this pole, first time the pole has been used. He got hung up on a limb and as he tried to get it loose the upper portion of the pole snapped. Not even a dozen casts with it. This came as a set, I’m afraid to even try and use the second one.
