I had another variant of triple decker kayak stacker. That one had plastic buckles which deteriorated over time. It had heavier duty straps. I decided on this version because the hardware is all metal, including the carabiners and the metal rings they connect to.Overall, this design seems pretty sturdy. My kayaks are stored in the garage, so the straps will not be exposed to sunlight all the time.As has been mentioned, you need a high ceiling to hang 3 kayaks. That is not a design problem with this product, it is just a matter of size. There is a slight problem with the design of the connectors. In order to secure the top kayak, you have to reach very high to connect the carabiner. I am 6'3" and while storing a kayak on the top level I had to support the kayak with my left arm while reaching as high as my right arm will extend to lift the the carabiner to the upper metal ring. If I were even 1 inch shorter I do not believe I could have done it.The design might be improved if the short strap at the top of each kayak support loop was a bit longer, especially the short strap on the top kayak support loop.I will be checking for sun damage to the straps over time. In my last kayak strap support system the plastic buckles that received some sunlight while the garage door was open failed after a few years. The buckles that were farther in the garage had not failed during the same time that all 3 of the other buckles had cracked. This time one red strap will be exposed to occasional sunlight.

Went up in minutes and easy to get the boats on and off with the carabiner connections. Mounted under the deck with 3 kayaks.

Full disclosure, as of now, we've only stored one of our 3 kayaks in it at a time until we find a better beam to mount it on but it is a lifesaver just in that respect.Easy to put the kayak in with the latches on both sides, easy to adjust, and just makes life and storage easier. As a clutter freak, I can't stand when there are things laying around and having the ability to store the kayaks like this is great.I would recommend putting an old blanket or tarp behind it if you plan on having it mounted backed up against a wall to prevent scraping.I'll revise once we've gotten all 3 up

I had been keeping 3 paddle boards on my back porch for almost 2 years. I hung this in the living room of my condo.... the ceiling height isn’t as high as I needed but I was able to hang the first 2 and then take the lower strap to double up or brace the 3rd board in.... perfect for what I needed it for. I highly suggest this as I’m able to take them up and down without any issues.

These things work well in holding kayaks flat against a wall. They are strong, easily holding 3 kayaks. I was thinking they would not work well based upon the price and simple architecture; boy, was I wrong. Simple and inexpensive, terrific!

Love it! Easily installed. We have three kayaks so we went with this one. Definitely takes two people to get the third in at the top. Valve is unbelievable.

Not bad... hand screwed right into the headers in my garage. I can't speak for the third slot as it's very long and my garage isn't tall enough. I've gotten my two kayaks in by myself, but it's definitely easier to have a hand.

You need really high ceilings (10'?) to use the third strap. My ceilings are just over 8' and I don't have enough room. But, I only have 2 kayaks and figured this ahead of time. Installation is easy and it does exactly what it says.

I would recommend this, so easy and not expensive!
