Xiangxiangzui Spicy Tofu Snack Skewered Vegetarian, Beef Taste, 2.6 Ounce

These are delicious. Great texture and pretty spicy. Will order again!

The texture on this is actually kind of freaky how close it is to real meat (although being a texture person when it comes to eating, this is also a good thing!) A thing to note is a few things, for me, this was actually kind of spicy, but filter through that the fact that I was noshing on it while at a tech table at an event, so my access to water was limited. It's also kind of oily, which doesn't really bother me (I think it kind of helped with the faux meatness of it), but something to keep in mind if that's something that bothers you or you're trying to avoid in a snack, and the final thing is that is was more like a spicy sausage flavor as opposed to beef, but very authentically sausagey, if that makes sense? Overall, I'd probably order again.

I wanted to enjoy this but the spicy factor was overwhelming for me. Yea the texture was of real meat but I just couldn't enjoy it. The red flakes on it, which I'm guessing we're peppers, also disgusted me. And this product kind of screwed up my stomach. But the taste and texture disregarding the spicyness was good. Next time I'll just get regular not spicy.

These were AWESOME. I love them. I shared some with my co-workers and didn't tell them it was tofu, they thought it was amazing and when I told them what it was, it blew their minds. I will CERTAINLY be ordering from here again.

These are awful - no taste, just hot, hot, hot.! Wouldn't re-purchase them

quick UPDATE: liked it so much (beef flavor) I got the 5-pack. NOTE: this single-pack is 60g i.e. ~2.1 ounces, not 2.6 (not a big deal, just wanted to mention this is the exact same 60g item that comes in the 5-pack)///////other reviewers are correct, these are quite oily. I've come across that with some, but certainly not all, E/SE Asia fake-meat products.I hope you like sichuan pepper, since that's the main flavor. just now I immediately inhaled 5 of the 7 sticks out of the package, and can still barely feel my lips or tongue. burny, but so very addictively delicious.too bad the price isn't even close to inexpensive. (if you're lucky enough to live in a big city, stuff like this will probably cost as little as 1/5 the price online.)still planning to try the "chicken" and "lamb" flavors.

Tasted like pepper and that's it. Like a mouthful of black pepper. I took one bite and spit the rest out. It SMELLED really amazing and the texture was good, but the taste just wasn't there.
