The product is a lifesaver
AEDs are life savers if used in CPR by knowledgeable folks. I highly recommend them. From this particular group that we purchased from the product was late and went through FOUR different state reception sites before we got it. Very poor service for a very good product made by Philips and sold by various companies.

Great piece of equipment at a reasonable price.
This is a professional grade piece of equipment at a very reasonable price.Seems very user friendly as well.A great "insurance policy" that will benefit many local people and give them reassurance that if need be, help is at hand.

Not recommended for outside use
This Unit has saved many lives no doubt, The issue with it is that it has the lowest IP Rating of a 1-2 which means any small amount of dust or moisture may cause the unit to fail or not work properly. So if you live in and wet or dusty area of the country it is not the best unit to get. There are many others that are avaliable near the same price ranges. Phillips has done a good job on this device but there are so many units out there that are much better. The other unit why I would look at other AED's is that I would never purchase a unit that does not shock by non escalating energy. What that means is on and escalating unit every time it shocks it increases the amount of Jewels (energy or electrical shock to the Heart. which is better in my opinion. Either way congrats on getting one, you are one of the few that has. Have a great day,Do your research before buying an AED, make sure your covered by all your local and state laws, Get properly trained on the unit and check the unit, pad and battery every month.

This is garbage
I took it back for trial, but it turned out to smoke. I'm so scared, but fortunately I tried it out, otherwise the consequences would be unimaginable.
