Comfortable and helps with hearing loss
My mother in law has been struggling with her hearing for some time now and can’t afford to buy the more expensive hearing aids that are over a thousand dollars. This hearing amplifier is much more affordable and actually really helps her year so much better! It is such a joy to see her happily participating in the conversation rather than sitting back. It easily fits in her ear and stays in place. She says it is comfortable.

It's ok for the price.
It is hard to hear it makes a lot of beepsOnly in a low volume stops making beeps and it's not loud enough to hear clearly.

Awful......high pitched squeal whenever I put it in my ear. Stay away from this piece of junk.
Awful; do not purchase.
