Bought this for a friends daughter and she was happy for the book. I have not read the book however it seems to be a great read for older children whose parents are going through a divorce.

If you're looking for a book written from a Catholic perspective on how to deal with your parents' divorce, this is the best source out there. The only critique I have to say is that everyone's experience with divorce is different so only the most common occurrences associated with divorce and how to deal with them are mentioned. It's a great start to self-help with a faith dimension.

This book is superb. Excellent content, presentation and organization. Easy to read, it contains practical wisdom and techniques for dealing with reality. In reading through it before I sent it to my granddaughter, I was concerned that the religious thoughts might be a turn-off for her, but soon realized that they are general, low-keyed and valuable. One cannot heal if the spiritual dimension is ignored. The book's a winner. I bought several copies. And here I am, decades past my own divorce, I learned an enormous amount for myself besides!

This book is truly fantastic. I recommend it for anyone who has ever experienced divorce, especially children of divorce. Even if you think you have gotten over it, this book will take you on a journey to renewed healing. This is also helpful for anyone who encounters children of divorce, for example, counselors or youth ministers. Five stars!
