Me; 62yr old combo skin, some wrinkles, not bad for my age. It’s always a struggle to find moisturizers in Mediterranean climate, Southern California, that doesn’t make you feel like you face is sliding off half way through the day…but you have to start with something on. Admittedly, I have way more things in my medicine cabinet than I should, most of them abandoned to collecting dust because they don’t work/smell bad/made my skin inch. After three days of using this ( because I don’t want to leave a review without trying for a few days) I can say that in 90* heat with 60% humidity ( that’s a lot for us…sue me) my face didn’t do too badly. There are just some things that no skincare can overcome so we need to be realistic about it expectations. At my ripe old age I’ve finally figured that out ( I’m a slow learner). This moisturizer comes out of the metallic tube (yes, you can roll it up just like old school toothpaste) as a white crème/gel like consistency. It goes on really nicely and absorbs quickly as well, again I have combination skin so I do not think this would do enough for dry skin unless you want to go through the tube very quickly. The only issue I could see some people having with this product is the scent, it is very strongly perfumed with ROSES. Yes, all capped, because the scent is. I have a rose garden so I’m good with it…. If you detest roses DO NOT BUY, you’ll be wasting your money. If you can manage to get past it, the scent wears off rather quickly in my opinion.

The regular formula was amazing but felt a little thick on me. This one is perfect, feels light and fresh. It also works great under makeup.

It's good moisturizer that not too much thick, suitable for morning before sunscreen or evening if you want something light. Only shortfall I didn't like much was its smell - it has slight fragrance and it's not that strong but I guess I used to fragrance free creams

I have combination skin, in my mid-forties, female, Caucasian, and this has been the best thing I've tried in over 12 years since the Origins "Starting Over" line was discontinued. The scent is subtle and floral. It doesn't pill under liquid or powder foundation. I've used it twice under one of the Dr. Jart BB creams, and it's been complimentary. It's not heavy and I didn't have to wait for it to dry; it seems to absorb instantly and the ingredients are labeled as 99% natural. I also love the tamper-evident seal that you puncture before using. As far as making my skin look better... it already looks great for my age so this is just maintenance lol. It's a great lotion and gives my skin a nice texture.

1. shipping - the box was crushed with ends open when I took it from the brown padded mailer 2. product appearance - The tube is typical of fine French products, it reminds me of a hand cream tube or retro toothpaste tube. It's safety sealed and the cap includes a piercing tab to open. I live that. I know it hasn't been used and returned. I laugh at anyone who complains about it being too small! The size is clearly marked in the detailed description. How big do you think an ounce or two should be? This is about average for high quality serums and moisturizers. 3. The cream - I tried a pea size amount to start. It is light, white, airy and smooth. It spreads quickly and feels soothing. It smells like its main ingredient, lily. The scent is not overwhelming but it is definitely noticeable right away. If you like soft floral feminine scents you will love it. It is definitely lightweight so maybe not for those with dry skin. I have normal to combination skin and sweat easily. I prefer light moisturizers and gel creams. 4. The verdict - Would I order it again? - Yes! Does it inspire me to try other Embryolisse products? - It does! I hope this helps!

Pour moi, LE produit phare de chez Embryolisse! Je trouve que la peau est bien plus lisse et lumineuse depuis que j’utilise cette crème. Elle est en plus très vite absorbée par ma peau, donc pas d’effet « gras » une fois que je l’ai appliquée. J’adore!
