As with anything, self-control is evidently key. The delicious taste and some acknowledgement that these will satisfy some hunger [because of the natural fats in the almonds or cashews (another version from the same company) in this mix] will extend your need to treat this in any other way than dessert. Really good and can be eaten three or four at a time to help with a sweet tooth. Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index, if that matters.

Big hard clump of Almonds

1 box of the HU Hunks were just a hard block. I can't use them at all. This was for a NBA team. It seems that they melted and cooled as a block. They even are discolored. The whole box is this way. Now I don't have any time to get another box....... Disappointing. I know things happen but it should have been caught before shipping to me. I don't think that I can get reimbursed for it either and they are expensive.

Delicious!

These are delicious! I think the recipe has improved since the last time I bought them and they were very good then. Perfect balance of sweet, salty, bitter, and rich chocolatey. The texture is great too with fresh cashews and just sweet enough chocolate. Highly recommend Hu chocolate!

Very tasty.

I like dark chocolate and I like cashews, so yum! These make a great snack. I only eat five or six at a time because I get reflux if I eat too many sweets.Hu makes good chocolate. I have tried some other products by them that I liked.
