Works well, I work in the emergency room and use it daily, have any trouble with it and I feel like I can hear just fine. Perhaps not as loud as electronically assisted devices, but is sufficient for an idea.

Excellent quality. Medium weight (not too heavy and not light/flimsy). Great sound and functions accordingly. Gets comfortable after a few uses.

Sound quality is excellent, with clear acoustics for both high and low frequencies. Comfortable to wear and well-constructed, as expected from Littmann. Pros: excellent sound clarity, durable, professional standard Cons: higher price point Bottom line: A top-tier stethoscope worth the investment.

Great stethoscope, good value easy to use nice and sturdy

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my nurse friend 40 plus years experience) - her favorite color is purple! She let me try it out and the sound quality is wonderful, the ear pieces fit comfortably, and if I didn't love my Littman Cardiology III (no longer manufactured, sadly) so much that I've used for almost all of my almost 13 years as a nurse, I'd get one for myself. This is a quality device!

Easy beautifull and work

Good product, but the value for the money isn’t quite there. It is overpriced to say the very least. You can find similar ones $30-$40 cheaper that have the very same features. I got this for my daughter for nursing school. She likes it. It works well, but for the money you’ll overpay.
