This is exactly as pictured, but I didn't realize at the time that it was a minifigure from the LEGO Movie Double-Decker Couch set, or I wouldn't have bothered spending half as much for a single minifig as the entire set costs. And if you buy the kit, you also get Benny, Ghost Vitruvius, President Business, and Emmett.
