I had my doubts on this chair when I first ordered. It looked hard and not that comfortable.When the box arrived, it was very well packaged and very easy to put together. For someone who has problems hanging curtain rods, I had it put together, by myself, in about 30 minutes.I was very surprised on the luxury feel of the chair. It wasn't hard and it was very comfortable. It also has a nice modern look to it. My wife sat in the chair and demanded that I order her one as well.It has now been 3 months with the chair and its held up very well and is still very comfortable. We are very happy with this purchase.

I was not born with cushion so sitting without one is not an option. This chair looks amazing for the price. It's not a couch but it's usable.I highly recommend if you need a good looking chair and don't mind a cushion to make it comfortable.

Easy to assemble. Nice looking chair. Very comfortable. Not real bulky like some other chairs. Wish it adjusted a little higher but not a deal breaker. Love it so much just ordered on more.

Love everything about this office piece... sleek and handsome... screws for armrests were a tight fit, and feared stripping the screw or the chair... but with a second person sitting in the chair to help align the holes, and some patience, it all worked out...company was very responsive... and the chair is so very attractive! back support feels great already... ordered another for the spouse!

The look and design of the chair is a 10 out of a 10 which is why I bought it. package came in good condition. I found that the quality is pretty mediocre and the arms were super hard to assemble for one person. Also, the white arm rest sleeve keeps moving around so that was annoying. Comfort wise is ok but the seat cushion can be better. Also I surprise that the chair couldn't be raised higher then what I expected so was a bit disappointed. Overall great looking chair but quality and comfort is only so so...

This chair is a joke. Don’t buy it. It looks cute and attractive but is very uncomfortable and costly. I bought it and within a month its seems like an old chair.

I love this chair except for the fabric on the arms. It constantly slides and doesn't stay fixed - it is already starting to look worn from how many times I've had to pull it back into place during the 3 weeks of use. They zip though, so it will be easy when I inevitably get rid of them. Easy to assemble except for the cover on the base - I had to use pliers to get that off. Beautiful chair, I have gotten a lot of compliments on it. The seat is pretty firm, but not uncomfortable at all.

I’m writing because customer service was outstanding. The products itself is fine, well built and easy to assemble.My order was 3 chairs, one of them came with a slight damage due to handling. This guys took notice and happily agreed to send another chair. The process was easy and straightforward, I appreciate the honesty of the seller. Looks great (white), simple enough to ensemble, only issue is with the padding which is rather important....not very comfy on the rear end for extended period of time. The arm rest covers could also be better....just a wrap around and no padding. We bought 2 for remote work from home, will keep them as I don't feel like the hassle of taking it apart and returning, however had I tried it first in a store, I'm not so sure I would've made the purchase.

I've had this product for about 5-6 months now and it isn't very comfortable. The chair has already lost the padding in the seat and I've had to use a pillow to put behind my back for extra support. I would not recommend this chair if you have lower-back issues. Also, with wear, the screws holding the arms into the chair have become loose, which is irritating given that I've had other chairs where the arms become loose only after 1-2 years.

The chair is acceptable; quality of the furniture upholstery, comfort, appearance. However, the covers of the arm rest leaves much to be desired: they don't stay in place. A fix protective cover is a necessity.

Great chair... but sinks when you sit in it to the small position.

Very stylish modern looking chair. Not meant to be sitting for multiple hours. After working from home for almost 2 years, I’ve learned my lesson. It doesn’t go very high, and doesn’t recline. It’s a cute chair if you don’t plan on sitting for long.
