The 2" cubes separate easily and are individually wrapped on the edges to allow you carefully handle them without wearing gloves. After soaking, they fit snugly into the 3" net cups in my deep water lettuce setup. Very little hydroton is needed for the voids. Quite a bit cheaper and also cleaner than the peat grow plugs I had been using. I skipped the Ph adjusting step so not sure if that will affect results. I'm happy with these cubes and look forward to experimenting with some different sizes in my kratky units and even in my Aerogarden.

I've been using these for years now for propagation of different plantings and they have never let me down. Pay attention to the directions for soaking to equalize pH prior to use and you should have no difficulties. Simple lemon juice works fine and is completely organic. Just go real easy when pouring because a little goes a long way at dropping the overall pH of the water. They work ever bit as good as Rapid Rooters and require no tray as they remain self standing.

I started using this product but then switched to rapid rooters since this product is not bio degradable it is made from spun glass. Very popular with many people but I'm not interested.

I love that these cubes come individually wrapped. In some cases I can leave the wrap on, and other times I take the wrap off. they give me the option to change the wrap to suit the cube's environment, which is very helpful.

The media could not be loaded.  Great for my seedlings and seeds perfect for veterans and beginners easy to start up a quick indoor garden with this inexspensive set up get it now!!! 5/5 pro product!

Comes well wrapped and in good shape. Haven't used it yet.

Good for seedlings and propagation. I recommend balancing out the pH before planting. Happy growing!
