For the quality the price is ok.Nice and thick with lovely rough surface to pick up sauce. High protein content, one of the marks of good quality pasta, and forgiving if overdone, as it doesn’t turn to mush. Releases plenty of starch into cooking water, making for a quick and easy emulsification of sauces

Great pasta! I do think it is a little bit on the pricy side, but the pasta itself is wonderful. If you have the extra pennies then it is worth investing in.
