It is just a hook, but the quality of the finish, the weight of the material, and the construction is top notch. Coordinates very well with the Joleena line of faucets from Hansgrohe

Nice chrome finish, solid construction and parts. Contractor installed it for us. Bought for each bathroom. Very reasonable price!

Missing mounting hardware & instructions
Beautiful quality piece, shipped quickly & arrived on time. Box had clearly been opened before; tape was broken & cardboard flaps were bent. Mounting hardware & instructions are not inside. A call to Hansgrohe support, suggested by the returns chatbot, resulted in an order to ship the missing bits in 3-5 business days. (Yay Hansgrohe!) Disappointed to delay installation before the arrival of dearly anticipated houseguest & vexed that the product wasn’t complete - this wasn’t listed as an open-box item. Caveat emptor.Update: missing parts shipped from Hansgrohe arrived within promised time. Installation was straightforward & item is sturdy & attractive.

Great fit and finish. Use your own Allen key for the set screw - the included keys are often a bit small and create a headache where one isn’t needed.
