Where do I start, first of, it has a very unpleasant smell that doesn't go away with time, and so if you don't like it straight away it will make you want to barf every time you smell it on yourself. Second, even thought the texture might seem light at first, if you put it on your skin although it goes on smoothly, it doesn't not seem to ever absorb! It seems so thick that if you don't blot away some of the residue your skin will begin to sweat and sweat bubbles will occur on the surface. Thirdly, since it does not absorb the cc will not stay on your face and will easily wipe off on any clothes. It might sound like a good idea to use it on your neck, but I would advise against it unless you want all the cream to wipe on your clothing. I really wanted to like the cream but everything I thought it would be is not.

The ingredients in this cream are high-quality and well supported by research. I especially appreciate that it is safe for sensitive skin. This is a thick cream that may not feel like it absorbs completely into your skin unless your skin is particularly parched (I have not had an opportunity to try it in the winter yet and see for myself). It is quite sheer vs many other CC creams.

Since being a Birchbox subscriber for almost two years, I have tried my fair share of CC and BB creams. This one is by far the best. The smell is all natural and the light whipped texture feels great on my sensitive combination skin. I can already see a huge difference in the evenness and smoothness of my skin!

Far exceeded my expectations. Very moisturizing yet light weight. Wonderful fragrance yet subtle. I have a very fair complexion and the tint, which looks light-colored in the jar, blended well with my skin. However, the woman that recommended this to me has a medium complexion and it looked good on her as well. Pricey, but a little goes a long way. Will absolutely buy this again.
