Are these engravable?

Sorry, I don't know. I would check with the people that would be doing the engraving. I know in general though if an item breaks during engraving and it's not provided by the engraving shop then they won't replace it. If you purchase something from their shop and they have a problem they should definitely replace it at no cost to you. I hope this helps, good luck.

Will the packaging (both original packaging and Amazon box) protect these glasses for shipping internationally?

They wre packaged very well. If I was shipping overseas I would definitely add additional packaging myself with bubble wrap etc. as you don't know what kind if handling they will receive

did they come in a vera wang box?

Victoria good afternoon, indeed, they did arrive on a Vera Wang box, which is a very secured box to avoid breaking the product. The box is very elegant. Regards,
