365 by Whole Foods Market, Berry Sports Drink, 20 Fl Oz

I am so happy this product exists. I would genuinely be so miserable without it and would not be living a full life. I have POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, if you don't know it look it up) so I have to drink electrolytes every single day, almost constantly.I also unfortunately have some absolutely wicked chronic migraines that are triggered by a lot of ingredients in Foods, so I can't have most other electrolyte drinks on the market these days.I am so thankful to Whole Foods for creating this one- not only is it delicious, but it's extremely affordable compared to other electrolyte drinks.The only thing I don't like about it is that there's not more flavor variety, there's only one citrus-free flavor, being this one. Citrus is one of my migraine triggers, so I can only have the berry flavor. It is absolutely delicious though! I know one review mentions it tasting more like strawberry than mixed berry, but tbh I don't really agree with that- it's very mixed berry tasting to me, and I am a mixed berry flavor lover. I personally taste blackberry, raspberry and strawberry in this sports drink.I also really like that it doesn't have any artificially added B vitamins, a lot of electrolytes have those which causes migraines for me. Thankfully this sports drink is free of all of that and is totally safe, so if you're worried about consuming too many B vitamins I would definitely recommend this!Obviously it hydrates well otherwise I would be exhausted and would not be writing this review, and I'm very happy that it has real sugar instead of all those artificial sugars that would give me migraines. For my fellow Posties who can't do artificial sugar, I would definitely recommend this product! If you're looking for a natural alternative to Gatorade, this is absolutely it. As you can see in my photos, it is also dragon approved! 💜 It even tastes so good that I'm sure kids would love it, too!

These taste great but a lot of sugar. Will buy again. Great to keep hydrated.

Tasty.I do not drink fruit juices or electrolyte drinks or soda pops. I will never touch another energy drink. I'm not into fufu drinks, bubble teas, or some latest greatest craze of green juice or fruit orange juice swirlies whatever. The name brands the g word and others, they have flavors I just do not like nor can tolerate.I prefer water, cold coffee, and sweet tea. So buying this 365 sports drink was actually okay for me. I get heartburn on every fruit punch drink ever out there. I don't know why but it's been that way my whole entire life. Grape is okay, rarely, but I would not even be able to drink half a cup before I was done. Any orange? forget it I can't stand fake orange. and all these watermelon and other weird flavors. it's like nothing tastes just like fresh anymore.-- This drink does very well. Light refreshing, Even considering it was at room temperature. Cuz I popped it open after I got it just to see if I could like the flavor.I bought this one and I actually was able to drink over half of it warm.I noticed that it didn't have as much electrolytes as I had hoped, which is why I bought it. That's okay it's my fault.I don't think it's a waste. I just don't think I'm going to spend another $1.49 to keep buying these if they're not going to give me the electrolytes I need.The flavor was light, good. I liked it and it didn't hurt my tummy.

Got these for a bowel prep after a severe impaction of stool. Doctor told me once stool was relieved to drink Gatorade and take miralax. I do not like the ingredients in Gatorade AT ALL, I think they do more harm than good and I don't like supporting a company who doesn't mind poisoning the population--- I do love how the 365 brand tastes as well as the lack of harmful ingredients. 10/10

I can’t stop buying these! So good without the extra crap!

This tastes like Gatorade, has better ingredients... but the label only tells you how much sodium is in it. People buying electrolyte drinks want more information than that! At minimum tell us the amount of potassium. Also, is there any magnesium or anything else in it?

I also check for sugar as this is one of my health concerns. I add water to reduce the percentage of sugar. It helps that drink only 50% at a time. Get help from a doctor as well. Go Ravens.

I loved this electrolyte drink by Whole Foods, I will definitely purchase this again
