Before getting this screen, I have had two before. One was a 27" curved AOC, the next a 27" 1440p ASUS, and finally have ended up with this monitor. The first screen was decent - quality was pretty good, packaging was okay but not G-SYNC compatible. The ASUS screen was pretty much identical but it did have a better resolution and was G-SYNC compatible, but the overall build quality just wasn't great. There were gaps between the screen and the case, and backlight bleed at the bottom of the screen. Also, I had a dead pixel in the middle of the screen which was the main reason for getting rid of this monitor. ASUS allow up to 4 brigh dead pixels before saying a monitor is faulty, alienware/dell allow zero, so that gives you an idea of the QA which you get with this monitor. Then this screen arrives... First of all the packaging is amazing. Very well thought through, easy to unpack with good instructions. It just feels and looks like a quality product out of the box. The screen itself is much brighter and clearer than I thought it would be, and even at 1080p looks really crisp at 25". The stand is as good as expected, and the cable management system provided works really well. Having the USB 3 ports is an added bonus. For gaming, this monitor is the best I've used. Silky smooth and the response time (when set to extreme in monitor OSD) is ideal for any FPS. Overall just a really great, well made monitor. If you're looking for a 25" G-SYNC compatible monitor look no further in my opinion.

I've seen quite a few negative reviews about alienware monitors, but honestly i wouldn't listen, if you plan on using this monitor for gaming. For me, 25 inch screens are perfect for me as i play a lot of online shooters such as valorant/apex legends. The image is sharper than stretching 1080p across a 27 inch screen so i'm happy with that compromise. 240hz is not a huge feeling difference from 144hz, but it is incredibly smooth if you have the PC to run it. The thing i love about this monitor is the lack of motion blur and smearing. I have it set to super fast and i see literally no fringing or overdrive problems that i have had on other monitors so its perfect for fast paced games. The bezels are super thin, the monitor looks lovely, the picture is bright and colourful and fast, I haven't had any issues with it so far at all. The only one issue i have which isn't the monitors fault, is that i have a desk that is 50cm deep, and the monitor takes up quite a lot of space so even right up against the wall its too far forward for me, so i've put the monitor on a stand i can push back further, so if you're lacking space keep that in mind.

If you’re thinking of picking up a monitor, this has got you covered. It comes with a Display Port than can turn on G Sync, it comes with a HDMI, Power Cable and USB. As a graphics card to use, I’d recommend at least a 1660Ti, but don’t worry if you don’t have this graphics card as you can run 240Hz on other games. No stutters and great quality. Putting response time on extreme has no ghosting or stuttering. If you have an AMD Graphics Card, this is perfect as it has AMD Freesync Premium, but don’t worry NVIDIA graphics can be optimised to to turn on G Sync, no worries. It has nice RGB, and great presets. I’d highly recommend this monitor. Good luck if your already getting it.

Right so I was looking for a 4K monitor originally for gaming on my pc but all had bad reviews (cough cough Samsung) the typical brands like LG, Samsung and even ASUS Rog Monitors. Most came in around £400 to £600. I’m not fussy about spending a lot of money on a monitor because I know I’llget a lot out of it in the long run but I was hesitating on the fact the HZ where just not what I wanted. So I downscalled to FHD and came across this. Alienware AW2521HF. *Build Quality* What can I say?? Absolutely superb. Nice metal finish with a few plastic bits like the wiring tunnel and cover. *Performance* At 240hz where can you complain? Games are silky smooth. No jittering no nothing. Presets are okay? The “gaming” Preset is as useful as a canopener on a car tyre. Washed out the display to the point I was scratching my eyes out. Apartment from the presets everything is tip-top. “Screen Quality” For FHD it’s really good picture quality. Everything is crystal clear. Obviously not as sharp as an oled but the brightness makes up for it. Ever woken up and some random light burns your eyes out? Yeah it’s that bright. Another nice tough is the Bezzless design. I hate the fat chunky design of some monitors but this tops the cake for design. Sleek and easy. wouldn’t have hurt them to make this a 1440p monitor for the price point but meh that’s just me being picky. *Reminder* THE BOX IS HUGE! make sure you evacuate your house hold before bringing this monster into your living area. *nice touches* This has RGB lighting which is amazing. Dim your lights and watch the spectrum happen. Also it’s has tilt and adjusting features if your into the malarkey * Overall* 8/10 I’d recommend this for people who want response over picture quality. Picture quality is good but wish it was a 1440p version because of the price. 25’ is small to me but make sure you have enough room. 2 HDMI Ports 3 USB 3.0 ports and / DP ports. I initially had an TN 144hz monitor and i've been eyeing out the 240hz monitors for awhile now. Luckily I came across this monitor and wow! All I can say is that the performance is fantastic!!! Colours are vibrant which pop out and performance in games is amazing. I mainly play competitive FPS games such has CSGO and valorant. The manual is not the best therefore if you have a NVIDIA graphics card and want to play at extreme response time mode(1ms), you must enable gsync in the nvidia control panel > Display > Set up G-sync> enable option.

I got this for my son for his Christmas. He wanted a dual screen set up, and wanted a screen similar to the one he already had (the older model of this). As I couldn’t get my hands on the older model, then I got this one and he loves it. The screen seems sharper and brighter than the old model (which is only a year old) and is the refresh rate and frame rate are perfect for fast pace gaming such as COD, Fortnite etc.

Upgraded from a 144hz monitor This is the best monitor I have owned Hits 250hz regular in FPS games and others Customisable menus also to change the colour and monitor responsiveness, can fully support the extreme input speed option The price is reflective of the monitor build and quality

Monitor Alienware AW2521HF Alienware è sinonimo di prestazioni elevate, e questo prodotto è ottimo per chi desidera addentrarsi nel mondo della competitività videoludica. Dopo alcuni test non ho notato alcun screen bleeding, o ghosting, e sin dalla prima accensione si possono apprezzare i colori di questo pannello IPS. Si può sincronizzare sia con freesync che g-sync, e tarare la frequenza di aggiornamento a piacimento, fino a 240hz. È possibile inoltre personalizzare i led rgb tramite tab del monitor o via alienware fx. Le regolazioni che si possono effettuare sono molte sia a livello ergonomico e sia via software. Pro- Monitor 100% Gaming e senza troppi fronzoli, lo consiglio a chi desidera un Gaming in 1920x1080, senza compromessi e anche per chi vuole fare editing non troppo spinto grazie al nuovo pannello IPS(finalmente non un TN). Contro- Pur essendo un IPS ho notato che gli angoli di visuale sono buoni ma non eccellono (mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di meglio). Un altro problema che si potrebbe riscontrare è quello dello stand molto ingombrante; questo problema potrebbe essere riscontrato da chi ha magari una scrivania poco profonda.

Mein Fokus lag beim Kauf dieses Monitors auf dem Spielen schneller und kompetitiver FPS Titel und ich muss sagen das macht der Monitor ausgezeichnet. Das Bild ist scharf, die Farben sehr Satt und es ließ sich alles anschließen und betreiben ohne größeren Aufwand. Von den 25 Zoll sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen, meiner Meinung nach ist diese Größe ideal zum spielen geeignet und alles darüber hinaus sorgt dafür das man leichter den Fokus verliert. Ich hatte vorher an einem 27 Zoll 60hz Monitor gespeilt und muss sagen das ich den wechsel nicht bereue, ganz im Gegenteil. 240hz sind eine Offenbahrung! Diesen Monitor kann ich nur empfehlen! Zum Arbeiten sind mir 1080p jedoch etwas zu klein, hier benötige ich deutlich mehr Platz. Dafür kommt ein weiterer Monitor dazu, warscheinlich 1440p oder sogar 2160p.

Pulei de um monitor de 60hz bem antigo para este, a mudança é surreal com a qualidade do painel juntamente as cores, refresh rate, enfim, tudo o que todo mundo e principalmente gamers procuram em um monitor. Acredito que tem excelentes monitores no mercado, pesquisei bastante mas acabei optando por esse (mesmo sendo mais caro), por que no conjunto da obra esse me agradou mais, design, qualidade de construção, calibragem da imagem muito boa, as frescuras RGB que eu curto e uma garantia de 3 anos. Pra mim que sou um gamer mas também utilizo o computador pra trabalhar, foi a melhor escolha, por que ele entrega um painel IPS de qualidade (que provavelmente para um profissional de audiovisual não seja a melhor escolha) também me entrega os 240hz e os de mais recursos que vem com ele com bastante solidez. Em resumo, se você quer um excelente meio termo entre qualidade de imagem junto a taxa de quadros, esse é uma boa escolha. Agora se o seu objetivo é somente trabalho existem opções melhores, ou se for simplesmente jogar existem opções mais baratas que cumprem a função com maestria. Obs1: A base dele é grande mas não tive problemas com minha mesa que é larga, se atentem na hora de comprar. Obs2: Fiquei em dúvida em pegar um de 24,5" ou 27", sento próximo a tela e o de 24,5" é o limite pelo menos pra mim, acredito que se tivesse pegado algum de 27" teria achado muito grande. Se você sentar próximo ao monitor se atente a isso também.
