The people who say this product is bad clearly don't know how to follow instructions. Add the tapioca pearls to already boiling water, let it boil for 30 minutes, let soak in cold water for 30 minutes, rinse it and add in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar per 100 grams of tapioca pearls, or 1 tablespoon of honey per 100 grams of tapioca pearls as the instructions say. I would personally say these pearls are better than some I've had from genuine boba shops, they're soft and not too chewy, not starchy or undercooked on the inside. Only thing I'll say is to handle them with care as the pearls are very fragile before they're cooked. They're easy to use, you get a lot for your money too, and you can store your excess tapioca pearls in the fridge, when you're ready to use them again just warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds and they'll be good as new

Product was unusable, stinky and mouldy in vacuum sealed packaging. Had to be thrown away. Do not purchase....

First of all, let me say that the pearls are delicious. Taste and texture are just perfect. Having said that, I am afraid I will revert to pre-cooked pearls because of a series of disadvantages. First of all, the pearls remain very small. They almost do not grow at all. I have boiled them for half an hour (by the way, the QR code on the envelope to get the instructions does not work... why not print them???) but they remained small. It is not what you want when you prepare a boba tea! Also, they form a slimy goo in the water that you REALLY want to remove in any way. It is pretty disgusting. Finally, lots of them break in small fragments and powder which are quite useless and are very difficult to remove. After being cooked, they absorb quite well the flavor of simple syrup.

Before purchasing, I noticed some negative reviews, which honestly made me a bit worried. Seeing that it’s a Taiwanese company, I decided to place an order and try one pack first. It’s really not cheap 🥲 Follow my steps and I guarantee you won’t go wrong: 1. When the parcel arrives, do not drop it or squeeze it. The tapioca pearls are very fragile and can easily break. 2. Before opening the pearls, check carefully that the vacuum seal is intact and that there is no mould. If you have any concerns at all, contact customer service. 3. Because the pearls are vacuum-packed, they may stick together. Do not press them with your hands. Hold the top of the bag and gently shake it left and right until the pearls separate one by one. 4. Boil water. I didn’t follow the ratio on the packaging; I used a 1:10 ratio (pearls to water). The more water, the better, to prevent the pearls from sticking to the bottom of the pot. 5. Once the water is fully boiling, add the pearls and give them a stir to stop them from sticking together. 6. I also didn’t follow the cooking time on the packaging. I boiled them for 20 minutes, then let them sit covered for 15 minutes. (If you boiling for 30 mins, no need to let them sit covered) 7. When the time is up, rinse the pearls with cold water. Once they have cooled down, that’s enough. 8. After rinsing, drain the water completely, then add brown sugar and mix well. Let them sit for 5 minutes so the pearls absorb the sugar. 9. Prepare a cup of milk tea and add the pearls. 10. Ta-da! Authentic Taiwanese bubble milk tea is ready.

This is really good product. Idk if it's the best since I didn't try other products but I'd say this is just like what you'd get at a Boba store so I'd say that it's perfect. Just to save anyone any trouble when they make their own, when you boil your water then pour in your pearls, make sure to start mixing it instantly to avoid the pearls from sticking to one another as easily. Besides that, it's easy to prepare and if you're like me who likes chewing on Boba pearls, then you'll enjoy this product. It's easy to cook too. Just boil water, add pearls to boiling water and mix for a bit every number of minutes until it's a bit translucent. Also this big bag is a good value for money since you're getting way more compared to other products. You're literally getting more for a cheaper price compared to others. At least at the time of me writing this review.

amazing and easy to use- seen reviews saying that they have turned into powder, but best way to avoid this is just opening the package, then super gently hug it towards yourself and that will just seperate the pearls a good recipe is.... 1. boil water in saucepan 2. put pearls in pan, as water is bubbling for 10-15 mins 3. pop the pearls in cold water for 5 mins 4. make a brown sugar syrup- 4tbsp muscovado sugar to 2tsp water, simmer syrup for the 5 mins that boba is in water 5. put pearls in syrup and simmer for another 5-10 mins 6. dish up!

Très satisfaite de cet achat. Les perles de tapioca sont de bonne qualité et faciles à préparer en suivant les indications. La texture est agréable et elles conviennent parfaitement pour réaliser mes bubble tea.

The bobba are verry tasty and verry easy and fast to make ! I don't go to buy in bubble shops enymore hahaah I make my own bobba milk tea and with a extra of bobas 🥳 Hope thay are available soon I can't wait to buy them my box is empty sins 2weaks 😑 so pls pls add some more thank you 🙏

Compré las perlas de tapioca Inspire Food para preparar bubble tea y la verdad es que me han gustado mucho. El tamaño es uniforme, se cocinan sin complicaciones y quedan con la textura perfecta: suaves por dentro y ligeramente firmes por fuera, sin deshacerse ni quedar duras. El sabor es neutro, ideal para combinarlas con té con leche. Además, el envase está bien sellado y el producto llega en buen estado y con instrucciones simples y claras
