This item was not suitable for me and did break after 2 months. But the seller has dealt with the problem and will refund the cost. She kept me updated on progress and was very pleasant.

Not impressive
I received the item yesterday. It is expensive for the price I paid.The quality is not great. I had one before much more cheaper and very durable.Will comment again after some more sessions.

Absolutely not worth the price
Aside from having package delivered after months, the quality is also not great. Cheap plastic and bad finish. As per title it is absolutely not worth 100+ GBP. I would say the price of the device should be about 50-60 GBP. There are many others with better value for money ration. Do not recommend. Don't forget there NO english instruction. I am not sure if this is even legal when it is sold to UK

Quality item...first class customer service.
I was really pleased with this item...it was well packaged and the quality and finish are great, I love using it every day. It's robust and reassuringly heavy and comes with a little mat to protect floor surfaces. Foremost, the customer service was brilliant...I had a couple of postal queries which were answered on the same day, perfect.

Sturdy good size no assembly
Hi I must say product it self seems very sturdy comes with resistance bands and is very tidy size only recently received it so far seems good only issue was length of time waiting on delivery but then it is a strange time but contacting the seller was easy and they did respond quickly

As silent as described on Amazon and easy to use
I only started using it a few days ago but it is silent and effective. Easy to use. I have now received instructions in English. Good product.
