This stuff actually works!
I drive a 19-year-old vehicle and have some nicks, scratches, scrapes and more recently, some oxidation on my hood and roof. Not terrible, but I've wanted to deal with it before it got really bad. I have tried different big-name rubbing compounds and polishers, with and without a polishing machine. I got so-so results and wiping off was hard work and there were always chucks of polish and dust left over. The directions here specify using a polishing machine but I did not - I just rubbed it on and kept rubbing. It's not hard to wipe off, unlike some others which are a huge pain. I was honestly surprised at the difference since I didn't put a ton of effort into my test. I did half my hood and there is a noticeable improvement. I walked around the truck and spot-tested a few scratched/scraped areas. Some of my scratches are fine and others are definitely through the clearcoat and paint. Some are more like chips. The appearance of many fine scratches/scrapes definitely improved, and the deeper ones are less noticeable - even the chips. With the size of the bottle I'll be set for the next 10 years - and I'm throwing out the other bottles and pastes I've purchased.

Best one-step compound/wax I have used
I have used many Restorer/waxes to keep up with the oxidation on my 1997 Grady White. While they all work to some extent, the Malco Rejuvenator has proved to do the best job so far. It can be done by hand but it is intended to help remove oxidation so it wont be easy. Any vendor claiming "wipe on, wipe off" for their product is probably not selling something for oxidation. For the smaller areas, the hand application works well and when polished off it leaves a streak free shine. For larger areas I used both a Porter Cable random orbital with a foam pad and a DeWalt rotary polisher with a wool pad. The Porter Cable is good for applying polishes and waxes but does not have the power to remove anymore than the lightest oxidation. The rotary polisher with a wool pad is the right tool for the job. It was fairly hard to hold onto while it was cutting through the oxidation but once it did, the Malco Rejuvenator smoothed out the surface and left a beautiful shine. You could actually feel the oxidation melt away once the Rejuvenator and the wool cut through it. The shine is beautiful and my 24 year old boat looks as good as it ever has. Hopefully, the shine will last through the summer.

Great product Malco!
Product was easy to use. Photo is of my 03 Durango and I bought it from the original owner and to my knowledge it has never been waxed. Paint was lightly oxidized and this stuff worked out really nicely..looks 100% better than before. I'm never one for the "magic in a bottle" type products but in this case it was just that. Brought back a nice shine and luster to 18 year old paint. I did apply wax after this process and it worked out nicely 😎

Restored 23 year old paint beautifully
Fantastic product, it works great! I found that after applying with a with a 6 inch yellow pad on my buffer and seeing the shine appear. I would wipe off the excess by hand before it completely dried with a microfiber towel. This would bring the area to a just waxed type shine. This speeds up the process tremendously. It brought back the color, the shine and made the surface smooth as glass on my 23 year old SUV. The photos show what it can do. The difference was so dramatic I had to take a picture while I was working. Clean up the buffing pad when done with water before product drys on it. When the entire SUV was finished I put a good sealer wax on it the next day. The difference of before and after is amazing, well worth the cost and would buy again but I have plenty remaining, enough for another car if I had one.

Great product!
For those who had a bad experience with this product, my guess is that they didn't use the product properly, used too much or applied it in the sun. I apply it with a simple 6" orbital buffer, one small panel at a time, then wiped it off using a microfiber cloth. Couldn't be easier with a glass like finish. Silky smooth to the touch. The first picture shows the back plastic visor polished, the front unpolished. The second pic was the front polished with a foam pad in less than 3 minutes, easy peasy. Buffed the rest of the car with a microfiber buffing pad, a panel or 2 at a time then gently wipe off. Keep in mind that this is a 14 year old car. A mechanical buffer is the key to a glass like finish, doing it by hand is too much work. There's something about working this product in that's gives it great results. Even scratches polish out as long a there paint still there. I've been using this for years to clean headlight lenses and plastics also. Awesome product!

Lots of effort for little change.
It doesn't help the finish much and a week later and after one car wash the tested area was very dry and dull looking and wasn't smooth to the touch.

It Works
This water based urethane is quite helpful to the finish of my older cars. It calls for use without dilution and then buffing with repeating as needed. I've used it with a damp cloth like regular car polish (and hand buff with an old towel) finding it quite successful in filling minor surface abrasion to restore the luster of the finish. It seems to be a bit superior to the urethane base car polish (car wax) that I had been using. The other polish would result in 'white' lines in deeper scratches and this product does not seem to leave white lines.
