I wanted to try one of these to help burn some unwanted pounds. I’ve recently had a hip replacement and whilst waiting the last 2 years, my mobility suffered and the weight crept on. I’m 5 weeks post op & ready to do some walking on the treadmill. As a plus size and only in my 40s I wanted a bit of help, especially as I have lower back pain too. This item arrived perfect.. I was worried it may not fit, but there was plenty of room,it was extremely comfortable and the Velcro fastenings & material are so strong. I immediately felt my body was uplifted and supported when wearing it- tummy area and back. After 20 mins of walking, I removed it & my whole tummy and back was covered in sweat so I’d say it certainly did what I wanted it to. I’m very pleased with this item and plan to use it a lot more as I get stronger in my recovery.

Brought this as a training belt but after a few hours filling a massive skip I ended up with an aching back and no painkillers on me so put this on and it was instant relief! As a posture corrector it works brilliantly. As someone with a damaged SI joint it offers great support. Not too thick and bulky so you can hide it well under clothes as long as they’re not too tight.The belt itself is well made- the strong Velcro and double wrap means this bad boy isn’t going anywhere, shifting or loosening without your say so!

I train 3 times per week and my first waist trainer lasted a year before I had to order a replacement. Happy with the quality, fits well and is comfortable. If only it was more durable would be perfect.

Its good but its very scratchy on the skin

I took my waist measurements as advised before ordering, fell into the XXL size bracket according to the chart. When it arrived & I tried it on, it was far too big to be effective at it's tightest it only lightly hugged against my body, it didn't pull my abdomen in or support my posture in the back. I was able to return & dropped a whole two sizes, going by my trousers waist size instead against the size guide. This time I fell into Size L category. This fit much tighter, allowed for pulling in & supporting my posture. I think it will also allow for elastic stretching over time, so I will have enough velcro area to retighten it when needed.

This is great I used this a lot from the beginning. Unfortunately I lost a lot of weight and now it far too big. I gave it to my niece. Great value for money.

This helps with back pain this is my second one made mistake with first one buy putting it in washing machine it fell apart hand-wash only

Only day 2 of wearing this belt and already I'm impressed. I'm a size 14 on bottom and 16 on top, I bought a large. Fits nice with a bit room still to tighten, as I lose weight it'll still fit me. As I'm a tad chunkier, yes I have a bit excess skin/rolls pushing over the top if I'm wearing it lower, spilling out the bottom if I'm wearing it a bit higher, and if I've centered, I look a tad lumpy on both top and bottom. This is expected as I am a bit thicker, it's not going to swallow your fat! Is love it even more if it was a bit wider, covering more and concealing the "spill" but overall good quality for the price. I have a sore back and does help relieve my pain when I wear it lower. Definitely helps my posture more when I wear it a bit higher.

Kam pünktlich an. Leicht chemischer Geruch, der aber schnell verfliegt. Passform perfekt. Stört nicht beim Sport oder der Hausarbeit. Erzeugt eine ordentliche Wärme was ja aber auch erwünscht ist. Ob er den Umfang reduziert kann ich noch nicht sagen da ich ihn erst teste. Kleiner Minuspunkt: als Frau muss ich ihn ausziehen wenn ich auf die Toilette muss. Ansonsten absolute Kaufempfehlung. Stützt gut den Rücken.

Meine Schwester hat sich so ein Gürtel gekauft und Nr war sehr zufrieden damit. Und deswegen habe ich mir das auch gekauft. Ich bin gespannt auf das ergbinse.es fühlt sich sehr gut an. Man bleibt Grade sitzen.

Jag har beställt ett Larg min storlek och den passar ganska bra. Beställ en storlek större skulle jag rekommendera.

Ein stabiler Bauchweg Gürtel.Er sitzt gut, wenn man mal den Trick raus hat, mit den oben liegenden Klettverschlüssen.Jedoch muss ich sagen, fühle ich mich nicht gut, wenn er unter der Kleidung ist. Er ist laut und man sieht die Klettverschlüsse die oben drüber verlaufen durch.Ich ziehe ihn aber dann am Tag an, wenn ich zu Hause bin, aber nicht, wenn ich ausgehe.
