These 'mugs' are beautiful. they are excellent quality and look amazing. The weight of them inspires confidence, and confirms a great value for money. I love them! Easy to hold, and easy to drink from, which sounds weird, but some mugs just have a weird rim, and this one doesn't. It's just super comfortable to hold and drink from.

Well constructed & sleek looking. Rather big to hold in your palm. Simply over priced given the flaws & limitations. Returned without seeing any latte.

The metallic base that connects to the main body of the mug collects water that leaks when you make coffee. Still a nice mug but an annoying oversight in the design.

We got these in to our two cafes. Really liked the look of them, but alas they break way too easily and got us far too much to keep replacing. Water from the dishwasher keeps coming out of the bottom of them too. Raised my issues to Fellow. Apologies given and said they were improving them, but no offer of replacement. We are moving away from them now as a cafe cup. They really should have had an 8oz size too.

Love these - I originally got two but dropped one while washing. Bought another two. The unique selling point is the hollow interior that provides superior insulation. This keeps the hot beverage warmer longer, while the exterior remains cooler. The handle-less design is also unique for cups/mugs. The exterior is so finely textured and pleasant to grip (remember the insulated interior) that the handles are not missed.

A mi gusto esta un poco cara, si vale mas que cualquier taza de supermercado por la doble pared y porque el diseño es único. Se nota mucho la calidad de los materiales. Si estuviera un poco mas barata podría recomendarla sin dudarlo pero por el precio que tiene, solo la compre porque soy muy fan de las tazas y se que la marca garantiza calidad. Eso si, la parte de abajo que se ve brillosita es de plástico lo cual es lo único que no me gusta de esta taza

The product if well made and everything but I don't like it. It's a bit bulky in my opinion and the touch feels awkward. Typically ceramic mugs are a bit glossy, but this one has a mate finish, which is magnet for all the oils from your hand. It almost feels alive when you touch it. I'm certain that certain people will like how it looks and feels, which is totally fine, but this is not for me.
