How to Draw Batman, Superman, and Other DC Super Heroes and Villains

I love this book and I love that it helps me draw like Bruce Timm

I got this book for my 8yr old grandson for Christmas because I know he likes to draw DC characters or Marvel characters, so I thought to get him something to help out on the basic side of drawing. I hope he’ll enjoy it.

I liked this book, it showed me step by step how to draw and lay out the body and positioning of the characters.

I just want to give a heads up to anyone who's looking to get this book ... This book is definitely a great starting point if you want to use it for character design reference for your own animation / illustration projects. However , I must say that this book feels like it's missing a little something , for example the Author of this book could have just simply added what animators call a " Turnaround Sheet " ( which is basically a model sheet that shows all different side views and angels of a character ) plus a " Character Attitude Sheet " ( which shows off a characters body movement , style , or traits ) but nevertheless it's a good book to add to the collection !!!

This is better than having to pay for lessons in college. I can just practice at my own pace and finally create my own superhero scenes on my own.

This Book is amazing. It has nearly all the classic & iconic DC comics Superheroes and Villains in here. Over 144 pages of non stop characters and scenes that you can sketch and let your imagination take flight. If you enjoyed Batman The Animated series,Superman the Animated series,Batman Beyond, Justice League and Justice League Unlimited then this is the book for you. My only regret was that Firestorm wasn't included in this book but then again he was never featured in any of the DCAU shows. Still,pick up this book. Trust me,you'll enjoy it. Plus,you can't beat the price that Amazon is offering for it. Peace.

This is a great book for children. My daughter was very happy when received it. It has a full color for the final figures and has a simple guideline to draw the superheroes.

Arrived early, and in good condition, but there was a defect in the book that I didn't see mentioned on the sellers page. I'm missing a quarter of the book due to a misprint.
