Worked just like the original without the high cost.

so far so good. i won't know much about the battery's longevity for a while, since i just put it in. i also don't have anything to compare it with, since the laptop was always plugged in when i had the original battery in it. the only thing to note is that the voltage on this battery is a little lower (about 1/4V) than the original, even though it is listed as compatible with the original. i suspect that might affect the battery run time a little. i don't think the difference is going to affect the charging or operating. i will update the review if in find anything interesting later. BTW, the included tools are quite useful.

Installed in HP Spectre x360 laptop. Battery was DOA, so I charged it until the LED glowed white, about 1 hour. After pressing power button, got the expected CMOS reset message and about 5 minutes later Windows 11 booted. Used the laptop for about an hour with power adapter connected, then had to reboot to install Windows updates. On reboot, laptop wouldn't start, and unplugging / plugging in the charger didn't help (LED blinking orange, no sign of life to battery). Besides it not working, the "Instruction Manual" for the battery says to "please contact us immediately", but doesn't give any contact info! Can't recommend this product, but will advise if situation changes.

I have an older 2016'ish Lenovo Yoga 710-15ISK 2-in-1 convertible laptop that I use for casual tasks (web browsing & YouTube). Over the last two years, I've noticed my OEM battery capacity dwindle where it couldn't reach 100% charge; it recently topped out at 88% but wasn't a big deal. None of this was problematic until the laptop refused to turn on unless I had it plugged into electricity. Unplugging from electricity caused the entire laptop to shut off. Before throwing away the entire laptop, I decided to gamble on getting a brand new battery. This Dentsing replacement battery fit perfectly and the charge reaches 100%! The laptop can now operate on battery again without immediate shutoff! Installation was pretty easy and here are a few tips: 1. Search online for iFixit's step-by-step guide and familiarize yourself with the steps in advance. 2. Depending on your laptop model, you may need a special Torx screwdriver head and/or a Phillips . You'll also need a flat guitar-pick-like thingy to prop up the laptop's rear cover for removal. 3. The rectangular motherboard jack (where you'd connect the battery's plug into) is very "tough." Unplugging the old OEM battery took quite a bit of force. Plugging in the Dentsing replacement battery also took some force. Don't be scared about feeling like you'll break the battery's plug or the laptop. You won't. Give it a good, forceful push until you see the *entire* black plug get pushed into the rectangular jack. 4. My OEM Lenovo's battery part # is L15M4PC2. The Dentsing part # shown on the battery itself is L15L4PC2. Yes, it fits; both L15M4PC2 and L15L4PC2 are interchangable. I haven't had a chance yet to estimate the # of hours it can last before needing to charge. And the real test will be the battery's overall longevity in # of months. I'm hoping it'll last me at least a year.

I purchased this battery on June 17th and got it on the 19th. Did the replacement that evening and everything went well. Rejoiced in my accomplishment!! That is... until the battery suddenly dropped dead today. Now there's no charge and the indicator is at 0%. It lasted exactly 5 month. I don't know what the life expectancy is but this definitely is too short. Disappointed is putting it lightly. UPDATE 12/8/20: The seller reached out to me to get more information on the problem and after a few email exchanges, they sent me a replacement battery. I just received it today and immediately installed it. The screw holes were a little off, so I had to tugged at them to get the screws aligned. This wasn't the case with the first battery I received. Overall the installation went well and now I'm back in action!! Upgrading from 1 to 4 stars. I would've given it 5 stars because I understand that electronic components can be finicky (maybe a bad batch) but the issue with the screw holes didn't sit well with me. Crossing my fingers!

EDIT: Densting contacted and shipped us out a replacement that's working properly. We aren't experiencing any weird powershifts like the previous battery. If anyone's worried about getting this, they're support is very responsive. OLD: I replaced a battery in a e5570. The user was present for a sales meeting then went back across the country. Now he's complaining that the battery goes from 100% - 5% in 1.5hrs of light use. I remoted it and saw it first hand. The computer goes to sleep the second the battery hits 3% (which is normal). 20 minutes logged in and the system went from 93% to disconnect (due to auto-sleep) while doing an ms office online repair. The user additionally stated that the computer was getting unnecessarily hot on the bottom. Looking at the services running and load on the cpu (sticking close to standard clocks (not turbo'd) there's little to no reason for it to be drawing such a load. I did powercfg reports and there's nothing even remotely pulling much of anything accept for office online repair which is essentially a hard drive scan (as I understand it) for files on it. Later on I reconnected. I saw the battery charge from 3% to 60% in 15 minutes. I'd hope with all the good reviews, that this is just defective, like 1 or 2 cells are bad. Would it be safe to assume that this battery is actually a refurb? It looks like a dell battery asside from the blue cells and sticker over the dell logo with their logo.

I have purchased two of these. One because it was a much less expensive alternative to the OEM battery, but another one a year and a half later because it seemed to have an issue. It turned out it was NOT the battery, but the main board of the laptop, so now I have a backup. The installation of the battery is really pretty straightforward. Just undo a couple of screws, detach the connector cord, reattach the cord, drop the new one in place, tighten the screws and put the cover back on. Takes only about 10 minutes if you know what you are doing. The battery lasts quite a while. I got this laptop for my wife in order for her to do nursing school and she could get many hours (somewhere around 8+) of use out of the single high capacity battery. Beats pretty much anything aside from an ipad battery as far as I can tell. I would not hesitate to get another one if I were to need one. Even at this price you could replace it 3x before you hit the OEM replacement cost.

My Lenovo Yoga laptop was nearing six years old and the OEM battery would not hold much of a charge. I could get may be an hour out of the battery on YouTube before Windows warned me the battery was low and shut down. Had bought a replacement Windows 11 laptop which I returned the next day as it couldn't even handle YouTube without choking. Had a friend I used to work with and fixing laptops is what does. Told me to find the battery on Amazon and he'd install it for me. Ordered the battery had him come over and he removed the old (swollen) battery and put this one in. Everything worked great and have been able to give my laptop a new lease on life. Much cheaper than buying a whole new machine (not to mention less eWaste).

Me funciono y fue muy facil de sustituir (con la herramienta adecuada) en mi Lenovo 710 14ikb PERO tiene menos capacidad. Lo bueno es que permite prolongar la vida de tu portatil a un coste muy bueno, porque el servicio tecnico de Lenovo no es opcion por el palo que te meten y la poca seriedad. Cuando estaba en garantia se estropeo la pantalla y me pusieron otra (usada, los sinvergüenzas) con 13 puntos blancos seguramente de otra averia. Les obligue a cambiarla y a probarla delante de mi pero al principio decian que no pasaba nada, que era normal, los mangantes. Ojo servicio tecnico Lenovo

the size and screwholes match but the power connection is a little too long, ive managed to cram it in but its sitting at a funny angle. Anyhow its installed now and should give me enough reserve power to shut down at least,and maybe a few hours browsing. Original battery was spent, so much so that 1minute of life after unplugged.
