Great shave cream! Works better than Cremo & Proraso.
Though this shave cream has fewer natural ingredients, I like it better than Cremo and Proraso. The Cremo takes way too long to lather and then it is a thin lather. The Proraso is a very nice thick lather but I was not able to get a good close shave and it did not have a slick base foundation for lubrication like the Cremo and left me with skin bumps and razor irritation. An almond-size quantity of this Original Old Spice shaving cream very quickly makes a good creamy lather that is almost as thick as Proraso when fully worked up (BTW - I use a boar hair brush and a cupped hand as a bowl). Best of all it has enough of a slick base foundation for lubrication similar to the Cremo so that I get a nice close smooth shave without any skin bumps or irritation. It very cleanly washes off with just water without leaving an oily film and leaves the skin feeling smooth with a very slight refreshing sensation.I appreciate its "Clean" scent though I would have preferred it to be more like the "Old Spice Classic" scent. The scent is faint and much more neutral than the strong scents of most shaving creams. If you do use "Old Spice Classic Aftershave", the shaving cream's faint scent matches well with it.Warning: This product has a 3 year expiration. Check the stamped manufacturing date ("MFD") on the tube crimp. The expiration date is 3 years after manufacture. Typically both dates are also labeled in separate locations on the packaging box.Note: This product is only manufactured in India. The Indian seller "Cibbostore" has very fresh product inventory that it supplies to "Amazon Fulfillment" for Amazon shipping in the USA. My tube still had over 2.5 years of shelf-life.

A Long Product Review
This product provides a smooth shave. The Scent is pleasant. The package size is Smaller than other brands, coming in at about Half the size of PRORASO shave cream. I put some in my palm and lather with a shaving brush, it went on well and is equal or better than some I have tried. On that note, a quality brush that do not shed is a worthwhile investment. Echolly makes a fairly good one, the few dollars spent is worth not having hairs on your face or in your shaving mug!

solid and no fragrance
The product comes in a tube similar to toothpaste. The contents requires a lot of pressure to get any out. It's so hard, it makes it difficult to apply to my face. The shave soap is so old there is no smell. So much for their slogan 'Smell like a man'.Don't bother with this product.

Outstanding!
This is the classic Old Spice scented shave cream that has been around for decades. For new users: this, like all other shave creams is best used with a shaving brush. Yes you can put in on with your hands, but using a brush raises it to a whole new experience. Use 3/4" long piece on a wet shave brush and start working it onto your face. alternativelt, you can dab some on your face and then work it with the brush. Dip the brush in a little bit of water 2 or three times during the process. You'll wind up with a thick, rich lather that is creamy, lubricates your face well, and puts canned shaving cream to shame. I use this when travelling and sometimes for a change from my mug shaving soap at home. I hope they continue to produce this for the next few decades!

It's OK But Doesn't Live Up to the Old Spice Tradition
The packaging says "Smell Like a Man". If using this makes me "smell like a man", it's nearly impossible to detect. The scent is VERY faint, to the extent that it's difficult to identify it as the (current) Old Spice fragrance? Is it? Hmmm, maybe, maybe not. Also, this tube pretty small, so IMO the value is OK, but not great. It DOES lather well and seems to be as moisturizing as my go-to creme, Palmolive. It is cushioning and as slick as other cremes I've tried, so it does the job.I'll use it until it's gone, but I won't purchase again.

It's objectively a good shaving cream, but not the "Original" scent, if you know what that is
This is easy to use and works up a good lather. Very convenient, and I've always gotten a DFS out it (I never attempt a BBS myself). My only gripe is that this is not even close to the "Original" old spice scent, if you have ever used it. Not sure what went wrong there, or if they changed it somewhere in the last few years.

**"Shave the Day and Keep the Sexy!"**
**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐**Alright, let me spill the tea—this Old Spice Lather Shaving Cream is *everything*. 😏 If you want that smooth, sexy skin that practically begs to be touched, this is your new best friend. It creates the creamiest lather, and one application feels like a silky, seductive cloud gently caressing your face. No nicks, no cuts, just pure, clean, irresistible skin. The scent? Let’s just say it’s *dangerously* good. Classic Old Spice is like the cologne of shaving creams—it leaves you smelling like a million bucks, without that overbearing perfume smell. Just a fresh, masculine scent that’ll have everyone *wanting more*. 😘I mean, who wouldn’t want to have skin so smooth and soft it practically *glows*? Every time you shave, you're not just clearing away the stubble—you're revealing *the real you*. Bare skin is sexy skin, and this shaving cream helps get you there. So smooth, it’s almost criminal. 😜
