I believe it is a wonderfull knowledge that one should be thought from time of childhood.Great feeling to hear Deepak Chopra talking and making you understand the laws of this univese and our world. A must to listen! A must to have!

I'm listening this this series now for the second time and it is still relavent and valuable. I'm hearing new things that I didn't grasp the first time I listened. References to current news may be dated, but the information is timeless.

Outstanding content. The packaging needs improvement. The 5 CD container it comes in is cheaply done and comes apart uponopening. I had to purchase separate cd holders to protect the CD's as I intend to listen many many times and do not wish to damagethe CD's. The company handling this packaging needs to go back to the drawing board and create a 5 cd package that is not sodifficult to use (brakes apart upon careful opening and you spend 30 minutes trying to reconnect the outer plastic pieces. DeepakChopra deserves a better presentation besides the beautiful artwork on the cover!!

This is a complete version of the Mind and Body and Spirit. If you want to evolve "awareness is the key"Deepak has a gift of putting it in simple western way on thinking with the eastern philosophy. A healthy over all Planof loving yourself which effects the whole.

This is a must listen/read for EVERYONE! It was inspire anyone to become their own health advocate. You will learn that every cell in your body that dies, is replaced by new ones! Within ONE year, every single cell in your body is different! So, if you're challenged by ANY dis-ease, there's a 95% chance, that if you change your diet & lifestyle (for the better!), you will no longer be affected by that condition very soon!!!

I have only heard a little of this so far, but holy cow has it already made a difference in my thinking! Just don't forget the true healer.. Jesus Christ, our savior and our comforter. I think some people can get so caught up in there own power, mind and body and forget the one who created and blessed us with it. So i strongly suggest and believe if you want pure healing invite the creator and healer.

So nice to receive the CD set in a timely manner and all in one piece! Thank you.
