Loxley Ashgate standard depth canvas is stretched over a 18mm deep pinewood frame, using 10oz medium grain canvas which is suitable for acrylic, oil and other mediums. The cotton is sized and double-primed and has a good surface to which paint adheres well, with minimum absorption or shrinkage. There are two depths of frame available in this range which both have staple free clean wrapped edges with 14 different sizes available in this depth
