You can feel the cleanliness and goodness flowing down your body
I've ordered multiple bottles at time.. this will be my 6th amazon order after finding it locally at a North 40 and trying it on a whim. I don't believe i've even had a cold in the last 5 years. I do take other vitamins, don't have huge regulations on my diet and drink. I do believe it makes a huge difference on overall health, if nothing else.. take this daily! Very easy to keep it in the fridge, look for a juice or coffee -take i at the same time, and get it done bright and early. BUT ALWAYS with a chaser - the taste is great for exactly what it is, a vitamin filled vinegar drink - not the yummiest but well worth it .

Great product
I have been using this for over a year. I have acid reflux and have used zantac for years. After stumbling on this product in Pigeon Forge I was able to completely stop taking medicine for my acid reflux with two tablespoons of this a night. I also believe my hair and nails are growing faster but it could be the placebo effect. Either way I highly recommend this product. The taste was rough at first but it grows on you. I take shots out of a dixie cup each night.

Amazing results
I ran across this vinegar and herb preparation on an online health forum specifically about acid reflux. I had been looking for an alternative to prescription and over-the-counter drugs prescribed for acid reflux, which produced terrible, long-lasting side effects. I had a bleeding esophagus but no Barrett's Syndrome (yet) and have had acid reflux for a minimum of the last 7 years. I had tried plain unfiltered apple cider vinegar before for the reflux with little good effect. With little to lose, I ordered Yoder's Good Health and tried 1 oz per day, which is what the forum participant was taking. I just chugged it, not wanting to dilute any benefits by diluting it in juice or water. After about a month, I noticed my acid reflux was significantly reduced, more than 50% but not 100%. So I added another natural item a different forum participant wrote he was using: MegaZyme (pancreatic enzymes). I'm taking 1 4xday and sometimes 1 3xday along with 1 oz/day of Yoder's Good Health. After only 2 months of this--and only this--regimen, (knock on wood) I have no acid reflux. Those of you with acid reflux understand what a powerful, almost unbelievable statement that is. Everyone's different, so these products or this regimen may not work for you. Do your own research, but my conclusion was that a natural product like Yoder's could do me no harm, only good.

Health benefits may take a while to show
I definitely believe in the health benefits of apple cider vinegar. And this was a great way of taking it. I was recommended this by my cousin who said she lost weight and maintained it, just by using this product and not changing anything else. So me and my mother both bought a bottle. I've taken it for a month now and haven't really seen any miraculous results but I believe it may have helped speed up my weight-loss a little bit. Although my mother has taken it and didn't see any difference. I've heard that it takes at least 2 to 3 months of taking this product consistently to see results. Although I didn't see real weight loss results like my cousin claimed there are definitely still other health benefits to taking apple cider vinegar. I actually thought the taste of this was rather good. Not good like I want to drink the whole bottle good but good as far as taking apple cider vinegar is concerned. I would say if you're going to take a chance with this product you might as well go ahead and buy the two pack because you're going to have to take it more than one month to see any major results. At least that's my opinion. Hopefully someone will find this review helpful. Good luck in your endeavor for good health :-)

I don’t get sick anymore
I don’t get sick anymore. At least very rarely. I used to catch everything my grandchildren had. My husband tell me I need to get on some vitamins or something. So I started reading about things that would improve your immune system. Then I found this tonic and it had a lot of those things in it. And I’ve been using it for over four years now and it really works

Delicious Tonic
This is such a great value, 25 oz. I have tried other ACV tonics which I liked a lot but this is very different. I like that it is low carb, 3G per serving. Perfect for keto. This one was very different though, I think because of the fruits juices in the formula. The flavor is really good although I have to dilute it a little with water because of the ACV strength. I also like the potential health benefits of the other ingredients too. I will probably buy this again. Very happy with this product.

I only took the medicine a couple of days and stopped because I want to see if drinking this Yoder’s Good Health Recipe will help to lower my blood sugar ...
A friend of mine got me a bottle of this for Christmas. I have a lot of health problems with the most recent being my doctor put me on medication for diabetes. I only took the medicine a couple of days and stopped because I want to see if drinking this Yoder’s Good Health Recipe will help to lower my blood sugar without taking yet another prescription. I will return here to update this review once I have my blood work repeated and get the results. I am not expecting a miracle here but I do know that Organic Apple Cider Vinegar helps and since this recipe has ACV in it then I am at least hopeful

Try this for yourself. You may be surprised-
Doesn't taste as good as the old Vim&Vigor formula but it's vinegar after all. Have used the product for a year and I notice when I forget to take it. YMMV as others have told me it doesn't do a thing for them. It's much better, though more expensive, than trying to drink a few ounces of apple cider vinegar in water.
