Whole California garlic cloves in brine with dill and mustard. Healthy, delicious, and guilt-free! Eat right out of the jar or chop in green salads, potato salad, or top deviled eggs. Put in dips, tuna salad, relishes and antipasto platters. Delicious cooked and mashed in potatoes, or tossed with pasta. Chop and add to olive oil and balsamic vinegar for a bread dipper or use as a relish in hot dogs, hamburgers, and sandwiches. 8 oz. (5 oz. d.w.) Review: DELICIOUS! - I'm sort of a freak of nature when it comes to the level of spice I enjoy and prefer on a daily basis, so keep that in mind. But these are soooooo good! I just crack the jar open and eat em with a fork. I have also cooked with some, which was pretty good, but definitely seemed to dilute the spice in my opinion. But, for real... DO NOT EAT A BUNCH OF THESE IF YOU'RE NOT AT HOME OR HAVE A RESTROOM READILY AVAILABLE. I went a little crazy on my first jar, eating about half the jar in a sitting... About 1.5-2 hours later I was under a vehicle doing some work... I WAS NOT READY. Thank God this was in my driveway at my house, because if I had to trek or find an open restroom to use, it could have been a real day-ender. Laugh if you like, but you've been warned. Review: So delicious - I could eat a jar of these a day. they are so good and the price is fantastic. Always tastes fresh and is so crunchy. Tastes just like garlicky pickles

Great taste!
These have s bit of a bite to them that makes them salty and delicious! Unlike others experiences on here, they are not mushy to me. It's a very small jar so this is a bit pricey for so little but I like garlic even so much I'm not complaining 😋

Phenomenal
Best tasting pickled garlic I’ve had I have it set up a jar a month goes b great on sandwiches burgers salad oil based dips or even by itself I highly recommend

Crunchy Italian
This brand of garlic is pretty crunchy, so if you like a more pickled softer garlic you will need to look elsewhere. The garlic isnt much tasty to eat on its own, but used in a spaghetti sauce and such the garlic does fine.

Bigger isn't better.
I love garlic and this is perfect for snacking, my only complaint is the size. I thought it would fine but some cloves got mushie after a week and the flavor varied for each clove, I'll be getting the small jar next time since I'm the only one in my house hold who eats them.

Delicious pickled garlic
It is delicious! Has a very strong garlicky flavor. It is very crispy. I don’t notice as much of a smoked flavor but it is still very good. The mustard dill flavor is amazing! The smoked flavor is ok, but the mustard dill flavor is definitely five stars.
