Xelement XG852 Men's Black Insulated Leather Deerskin Gauntlet Motorcycle Gloves - Large

I live in Indiana and it gets cold. Wanted to get a non-heated pair of gloves to ride as much as I can in the winter. I have a seven mile commute to work with an average of 45 to 50 mph rate of riding. I have worn these in 40 degree air temps for my commute and my finger tips were fine. I have worn them in 30 degree air temps and my fingers were getting a little chilly. I recently wore them when the morning air temperature was 20 degrees and my finger tips were extremely cold. So now I know my limit with these gloves. I can ride short in 30 to 40 degree air temperatures and my fingers will be fine. At 20 degree air temps...I will need to get some heated gloves.I like that the wrist part zips off and they can be worn as general riding gloves.

I purchased these to wear in cold weather on my motorcycle. It does not have grip covers I had to stop and warm my hands after 35' wind hit them for 45 mins. Having said that, just wearing them without the wind probably would have been ok. Do NOT pull on the gauntlet to snug them on. You will separate the zipper. Use the flap for the glove or grab inside the glove itself.

Only thing they are a little bulky but with more usage I think they will break in well.

the gloves are nice and warm on colder days. I have not been out with them in colder than 45 degrees' but they did keep my hands warm down to that. with the extensions on you do need to be careful of pulling them off while putting them on though. the zipper is not very strong. still for your fingers it does do a nice job.

Not the most refined set of gloves but surprizingly pleased. I was concerned about fit and quality as gloves can be an iffy purchace on line, generally I prefer to try them on. Fit is very good and quality is good. The zipper that separates the glove from the gauntlet required a little TLC to function properly but all is well. Well worth the price.

Would have kept them but the finger lengths seemed too long on thumb and pointer fingers while the rest fit fine. Returned product. Xelement has had a good track record of great products I've ordered through them and my review only reflects this product. The company has been great to work with and I will be placing additional orders with them in the future.

Rode in 47 degree weather to start, but by the end of the day was 73, gloves kept the wind from going up my sleeves and kept my hands warm. Not tested in real cold weather yet. Wear a size large, large fit a little snug, might order a size above what you normally wear.

Very soft and good design with zipper to remove the long cuff making them versatile. Wd give a 5 star rating but have not tried in cold weather yet. Probably true to size.
