Question 1

Would seller please comment on the lack of usda certification? the lack of response indicates this is another mislabeled "organic" product...

Accepted Answer

Our product is 99.75% certified organic aloe vera gel. Even though it's the dominant ingredient, that doesn't automatically give us the ability to use the USDA Organic seal. We are in the process of obtaining that certification for the product, and will display that in our labeling as soon as we can. We're hoping the process doesn't take too long.

Regarding Jim's other comment, we understand that everyone's skin is different, so our product may not be for everyone--that's why it's always a good idea to test a new product on a small patch of skin before applying it to a large area of the body. Amazon will absolutely honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee with a full refund, and customers may contact us to assist them with that if they have questions.

Question 2

Can this help a teenager's acne?

Accepted Answer

Thanks so much for your question. Aloe vera has been recognized for thousands of years as an effective soother of irritated skin due to its natural antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, minerals and more. Our gel is 99.75% organic aloe vera juice, cold-pressed to retain all medicinal properties of Aloe Barbadensis Miller--the most potent of all aloe varieties. The remaining 0.25% provides a silky liquid texture and allows it to remain fresh for 2 years without refrigeration--all of these ingredients are food-grade! The reason for all this detail is so that you know how pure NaturSense Aloe Vera Gel is. Many of our customers report that it's helped their acne to heal and made their skin feel more comfortable. I hope your teenager will give it a try and you'll let us know how it worked. Please write again if you have any more questions.

Question 3

Has anyone ever try using it on the hair or rash on the face?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I rub some into my scalp, and apply it to both roots and ends after washing, before I blow dry. It has gradually replaced all but one of my styling products, which I now use only occasionally and more sparingly. I have also noticed an improved texture to my hair as well as body. My hair is super fine and professionally colored, so it needs healing, and this stuff is great. I noticed it also reduced frizz and fly away. I was reluctant to try this on my hair at first, and was using it with my body lotion. Then, after several months I tried it, and I am really glad I did.

Question 4

does this help with thinning hair?

Accepted Answer

NaturSense Aloe Vera Gel is used by many of our customers as a styling gel because it adds soft body to the hair. You may get more information from the reviews customers have posted within our listing that speak to your specific question. If you give it a try I hope you find it works well for you, too. Please know that our product has a 100% satisfaction guarantee that Amazon will honor if you decide it's not for you.
