This rice is a very good quality product. Cooks up very nicely. Will be buying this rice going forward.

If you want perfect, lovely, light, fluffy, long grain white rice, this is it.Not as low in arsenic as California's Sacramento Valley rice, but lower than from Texas and other southern states.Doesn't come with cooking instructions, but this is how I do it: 2 C rice, rinsed; 3 C water; 6 minutes in the Instapot. Comes out perfect. Altitude can be a factor: we are at 6500'
