The Lisaro power rack has two safety spotters on the left and right side of the cage, which can be adjusted in height by means of screwable safety pegs. These 20 positions are esential for safe and versatile exercises. Four modern, height-adjustable J-Hooks as for typical bench press exercises allow both training in and in front of the cage, as weight benches in the interior easily find space. This machine offers the possibility for pull-ups, squats, bench presses and much more and is still extensible.
