Storeroom (MLF48) – Latch bolt retracted by key outside or by lever inside. Outside lever always fixed. Deadbolt thrown or retraced by key outside or thumb turn inside. Turning inside lever simultaneously retracts both deadbolt and latch bolt. Auxiliary latch deadlocks latch bolt when door is locked. Inside lever is always free for immediate egress.
