Missing CD

There missing CD with audio, after open the books there's only online scan QR code for listening, i don't like that i paid 40 pound and in the books missing CD , when i open website the website doesn't work after registration i can't open the website then is frozen. At the website as is youtube the talks videos're 15 yers old. I would like send CD when i paid 40 pounds.
