Does the job nicely.
I put a 1Tb M.2 SATA drive in this and plugged it into a Raspberry Pi computer. It worked flawlessly and plugged into the USB 3 port gave good transfer speeds. Easy to install and the adapter that came with it was of good quality.

Cheap, fast and works very well. Included cable end connector fell apart on the 5th use though!
Durable being made of aluminium and rather better for heat dissipation as well. If your NVME card is one of the shorter types (40 or 60mm long) you'll need to gently bend down the plastic tags along the card length to seat the card down properly without bending it, easily done.Achieved roughly 460 MB/s read and write via USB A 3.1 and USB-C with the adapter, which is pretty near full speed for the Samsung 850 card I had. Excellent and very cheap way of re-using old cards. The only downside was the that USBA end of the included cable fell apart on the 5th insertion and removal! Fortunately I had a spare but I've no idea how I would contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

So useful for TV
Excellent. I use this for movies for my TV. I can plug into mobile phone and transfer downloaded movies onto the device then plug into my TV. Small form factor means its smaller and less energy used than a traditional HDD or SSD. Also easy to swap out the SATA or NVMe which are quite cheap these days

disappointing waste of time
none of my drives would fit as many users have pointed out there is something wrong with the design of some of these so be careful

Needs a Little Forcing
At first I thought either the product didn't work or my SSD had failed - Windows refused to recognise the drive and disk manager gave a "The request failed due to a fatal device hardware" error when trying to initialise. It turned out I'm just an idiot who hadn't secured the drive in the bay well enough. It needs to click in place properly and takes more force than I wanted to try with an expensive SSD. Just make sure the contacts are inserted all the way and that it clicks into place rather than just resting in place. That done, it works perfectly and on reflection it's probably best that it is held securely! It came with a screwdriver and screws to secure the case. The case has a USB port and came with a USB C-to-A cable plus a USB A-to-C adapter.
