No accessories are supplied, and you can't get them!
As they quite clearly state, there are no accessories; however, what they don't say is that it is pretty much impossible to get a crucial bit, namely the little bush for the idler spindle. You can get brackets, but without that bush they are useless. I have modified a bearing from another setup, but unless you are prepared to be a bit creative, buy the full kit with all the bits.
