What is this pillow made of?

The pillow is made from some kind of foam, but I don't think it's memory foam; it keeps the shape it started in.  Remember to buy it from the company that is backed by Amazon and not a 3rd party vendor.  The measuring is very important.

What's the return policy? Can I return if it does not fit me? and do I have to pay for the return shipping?

It looks very uncomfortable from the picture. Is it actually comfortable to sleep on?

I suffered from headaches from my head scooting down a pillow at night pushing my chin to my chest, both on slide and back sleeping.  Shoulders and neck were sore every morning to where I had to use a shoulder & neck heating pad before starting my day.  I've used this pillow for 5 years and it was a miracle cure.  It took a few days to get used to it, but it solved my problem and I've found it to be more comfortable than even a high density, pure down pillow.  I can't sleep without it now and for side sleeping it is wonderful!  gentle support, no waking up to flip between side and back sleeping for me - I seem to make the transition easily.  Getting the right size is important.
