Contour Kit - Premium Bronzer and Contour Palette for Highlighting and Contouring All Skin Tones

I used myus pallette immediately as nd c a n find use for all shades. The thing with contouring is you don't want a bronze or shimmer, you need cool shades th a t mimic shadows on your face a nd this pallette has that and more. There are highlight shades for all skin tones. Yellow,just like Ben Nyes banana powder, looks beautiful on tan and darker skin tones, I'm olive and it looked great on my skin as well.The powder is not milled super finely buy it blends beautifully nontheless. Since I just got it today I will have to update my post as I use it more and tweak it a little and see how it blends with different makeup formulas.BTW, I had no make up on and it gave me a great sheer cover as good as a sheer powder foundation.The price is phenomenal compared to other contouring palettes. Definitely get this if you want to experiment with contouring and highlighting and even strobbing.*****UPDATE*****I'm still loving this pallette! As a tip, for those of you that use liquid foundation set your foundation with the appropriate flesh colored powder for a smoother airbrushed look. If you don't the contouring will look muddy and skip rather than glide over tour skin. Also, the color payout on these are really good so you should hold your brush higher up on the shaft and not on the ferel (sp?), the metal part. This will give you a lighter hand and you can gradually build intensity which is much easier than trying to blend excess away.Don't be afraid of the yellow it actually worked well on my friend with a fair complexion. It brightens sallow skin under the eyes and for a seemless look be sure to apply from the side of the nose, under the eye all the way to the hairline.(check out the Kim Kardashian contour videos on you tube for a better explanation.) The white powder is a great highlighter on the top of the cheeks above your blush and just below your brow and a thin line down your nose if you want to narrow your nose followed by a dark shade on both sides of your nose from brow to tip. it was a cute contour set with six different shades. since im light skin was only able to use 2 oh them but them went o smoothly and didn't cause any reaction or irritation which is a plus since I have sensitive skin.

I wish it would have came with instructions or they had had a tutorial online but I just winged it and so far I think I'm doing ok, the product itself is good quality and it makes my face feel soft after being applied.

I'm a low maintenance, ready in 20 minutes type of girl. Having said that, I still know the value of QUALITY makeup, especially at a good price. I'm new to the contouring techniques & this was my first go at it with this Lush Contouring Kit. I must say - I love it. I watched a quick contouring tutorial as a refresher on what I had been told already and then went for it. Results? Stunning! Love mineral based makeup and though I am not certain this kit is mineral based, it definately has that feel. I highly recommend this product. Whether you're a makeup pro or just looking for something to use on occasions, this will do the trick. As a side note - the kit is sleek, slim, not bulky and has a huge mirror on the inside that is super convenient. And, when you're out of one shade/color, you can get the refill discs and keep the nice case. :)

I find the colors too warm for a natural looking contour. Only getting use of this product by using the lightest color as a setting powder. I suppose i could use the second pr third shade as a bronzer. But overall i would not spend my money on this product again.

Arrived broken. Three colors completely broken and unusable. They made such a big mess i couldn't even attempt to use the other colors without getting powder everywhere.

I am so happy with this contour palette. I wore this for about 5 hours today and it's still as smooth and perfect as when I first applied it. I used a velvet makeup primer underneath but even still, the bronzer and highlighter itsself is a soft powder and makes my skin feel like I don't even have any makeup on, which is wonderful. My boyfriend noticed it right away, and although he thought it was a little heavy (I don't typically wear any kind of foundation) I'm hooked because it covers my acne zones. I thought the names of the colors were pretty fun. The pictures provided show me before any makeup was applied, the palette itsself, the palette swatched, just the contour kit applied, and then mascara and eyeliner applied for full affect. I would most definitely purchase more makeup from the Lush company, I recieved this palette free to try via Amazon Review Trader.

Not very good quality, a bit dry and hard to blend. Affordable compared to high end makeup brands though.
