This detox is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It helps you to clean without rushing you to the bathroom. The first day, I had a little bit of cramps and felt bloated but once I passed that point, I have almost normal vowel movements and I fell lighter and less bloated.

Works great. This is the second time I have purchased this product, first time on amazon. Will buy again in a year. I have tried other similar products, however this seems to be the best I have used.

Did the trick
I used this product as a cleanse. It was very powerful but effective. The bathroom and I became best friends while using this product. By the end of the 7 days, my eating habits had changed for the better. I wasn't as hungry and wanted green tea instead of my usual 5-7 cups of coffee. I would recommend it.
