This is very good spice. It’s very good rub. It was a great value for what I paid.

I tried the smaller container of this rub to see how it was for steaks and roasts. The wife like the flavor so much I Purchased 3 large containers as every local vendor that carried Spiceology was sold out of this flavor.For tender full flavor steaks, combine this rub with kosher salt, a splash of Worcestershire sauce, then vacuum seal for 3 days(or freeze for a later date). Thinking of doing hamburgers this way as well.

Take a chuck roast cover with a happy amount of the best seasoning. Place in a oven proof dish with chopped onion in the bottom. Cook for an hr per pound on 325 covered until shreds easily with a fork. Thank me later.Make sandwiches, tacos or eat straight from the pan.

The spice taste really great. The lid is flimsy and broke in shipping. There is no shaker top either. We had to re-jar.

With great at steak this does the job with my steaks!!!

I used your seasoning on a steak and can say I wasn’t impressed. Could taste the spice but not the seasoning we were looking for. I try on some other items but not on any beef cuts.

Baby back ribs, standing crown pork chops, flattened chicken

Used on prime rib for NYE. Awesome!!
