Before I found these batteries, I had gone to the local dealership who laughed at my battery for the key fob remote for my truck. They said they'd never seen a key fob with these kind of batteries, and said they all come with the button-type batteries now. At the local auto parts store, the batteries are nearly $10. DEFINITELY, more affordable through Amazon and they work great!

Replacement battery works just fine
My gate opener battery finally died (after 13 years!). I purchased a set of these and popped them into the fob. It is working just like new again. I don't think these will last as long, but if they work for a few years that will be great.
