Nice, Useful Pot!
I watched a video showing rice prepared in a clay pot on the stove top and "needed" to have one! I'm glad I bought it because it looks so nice and does it's job very well. Because it's fussier to use (and then clean) than my automatic rice maker, I'll probable not use it very often, but when I have the time, it's worth the effort. I recommend it.

The pot is very well made. The size is perfect. The color and design are typical Japanese high art-modest look yet high quality. What really made me fell in love with the pot is that the rice taste so much more delicious 😋 I haven’t used it for soup making yet. Just can’t wait to write a review on this product. Love love love it!!!

It says there will be an English translation, nothing came in English.

Beautiful product, and works wonderful
Love it, only used once. Only negative is the directions for use did not come in english. I had to call my Japenese friend to get directions for use since I had never used one before. I also like the price was a 1/3 of other vendors for same product. Came in 3 days which was also nice!

Best rice ever, authentic Japanese-made rice cooker.
This is beautifully made, sturdy, lovely golden sheen. I would agree that it makes enough rice for 3 people. My husband is a rice guy. He makes two servings at a time. He says the rice made in this pot is the best he's ever tasted (jasmine). I dropped this on the floor, no damage or chips. An unbelievably inexpensive but quality-made by hand in Japan rice cooker.
