I add a half of lime or lemon to get that nasty bitter flavor manageable to drink. I've been taking it for 3 years, is help me so much with pain associated with muscular cramps, joints and sleeping better. Is help other members of my family suffering from severe migraine headaches. Please know the flavor is awful, as told by my mother; however, she's the happiest I've seen her in years. My mother drinks this everyday, and we have seen wonderful results in her health. She has so much energy and is overall doing better, healthwise. I 100% reccomend it!

I highly recomend this supplement, the only problem is the price it is too expensive. A doctor from Peru recomended me this supplement for my leg cramps I was having while I was sleeping and I have not get those legs cramps so far. I take it every other moth or every other day, too bad we cannot get it for the same price that is being sold in Peru. We are being swindle in the USA paying high prices for medicines or supplements it is an abuse.

Add powder to water for best mixing. Liquid magnesium is easiest to absorb, so used this to help restore my reserves. I had multiple symptoms of magnesium deficiency; fatigue, insomnia, chronic constipation, involuntary muscle twitching and heart palpitations. Used this as a major part of my recovery. I also like that it has some zinc. Some will find the taste bitter and metallic. Lemon juice was all I needed to add. But now, I can drink it plain.

A friend of mine's recommended this product to me. I have a hard time sleeping and yet she told me just to take one before bed and I will start feeling the effects immediately, she was right I get a great night's sleep the taste is not so great but a little sacrifice for a good night's sleep is well worth it.
