Mt Berry Better than Black Cherry
The Mountain Berry is a lot better than the Black Cherry. But the chunks of the gels are just too big. Would be much better if they were smaller. About half the size of the chunks would be easier to chew instead of one big choking hunk of gel.

Had a leg cramp on a long hike. Ate some & the cramp went away, so I'm a believer.

Great to treat ANY kind of DEHYDRATION as well.
These things are great NOT ONLY FOR WORKOUTS, but for stomach trouble or dehydration! Take then with you for long flights. I sent some with my son for a trip to India. He called from layover with terrible headache, told him to drink water and take 3. He was better in 20 minutes. His dad got the runs while there, told him to take 3, it calmed things down. 2 doses and he was fine. These are a staple in ly house. Just DON'T USE THIS WITH CAFFEINE FOR DEHYDRATION! CHEERS!

Instant energy for workouts and games
Great instant energy for a tennis game. Take half a cube as I feel tired. Keep it limited to what you need. Overdose (more than 3/4 for me) keeps me awake at night. Too much sugar.
