Delicious and hydrating
Love body armor. I started drinking it once I started breastfeeding as it was recommended to keep up milk supply. They taste great and keep me hydrated which I love. They taste great, very true to fruit punch, and work amazing in helping with milk supply while having something flavored other than water. Love the electrolytes in an easy package.

Very good drinks.
I got 4 flavors including 1 lyte. All really good, including the lyte(i'm diabetic) My fiance doesn't like the blue berry/pom. (Blue razzle) Overall, great drinks.our faves the strawberry banana & orange mango. Wish Amazon had larger options. 16oz not enough but price is decent.

Stomach Flu Savior
This is a solid sports drink if you like something a little more flavorful than plain water. The fruit punch flavor is sweet but not overly artificial tasting, and it’s easy to drink. The 12 oz bottles are a good size for grabbing on the go, workouts, or just keeping a few in the fridge. Doesn’t feel as heavy as some other sports drinks. Nice option when you want something hydrating with a bit more taste. I used this when I got a stomach bug, but I think it'll be good for use when just trying to get effectively hydrated in the future with something that isn't water but doesn't have a ton of sugar.

Love these!
Love these drinks! Flavor is good and no nasty after taste. Hydrating. And less sodium than Gatorade or Propel. Usually cheaper than the grocery store.

A nice light, refreshing beverage that is still flavorful and seems more nourishing because of the coconut water and vitamin profile.

10+ Years Later – Still Our Family’s Go-To Hydration Drink
I've been drinking BodyArmor for over 10 years. I first started during my postpartum period when many mom groups recommended it for hydration and supporting milk production while breastfeeding, and it definitely helped me stay hydrated during that time. Now that I’m no longer breastfeeding, these have become the sports drinks my kids reach for after activities. Fruit Punch is one of their favorite flavors, along with Orange Mango. The taste is refreshing and not overly artificial like many other sports drinks. After more than a decade of buying these, they’ve become a regular staple in our house. Great for hydration, great flavor, and something both parents and kids enjoy.
