Wanted something for joints
I was introduced to it by a fellow crocheter, am taking it and so far am not sure if its working or not but my joints doesn't hurt as much 😅😅😅. It's easy to swallow for the size, doesn't upset my stomach.

As a senior with arthritis issues, I take this supplement which helps to some degree.

Beats all the expensive name brands!
This is a very high quality product that has proven to work wonders in my diet. I have tried the very expensive name brands and had no success. I noticed this working for my joint pain within two weeks. I am able to exercise and even go on runs again, that was to painful to do before this product. It states to take 6 capsules a day but I only take 4 and had these results. It’s so amazing to have such a high quality product in a price range you can afford. Keep up the good work Puritans Pride!

Do your own research. I have to say, glucosamine turns out to be the most helpful I've used. I've tried many brands. I recently did more research and reman across an article that advised making sure Manganese is an ingredient when looking for glucosamine. It actually is needed for the absorption. It's very effective for me. The only downfall is the quantity.
