These protectors are well made and canvas is strong enough to keep thorns etc away from arns. They fit well and the elastic is smaller at the wrist and a little larger the other end which reaches to mt elbow. So pleased I found these. Delivery was earlier than stated by 5 days.

I wish I had found these years ago - they would have saved me many hedge/shrub scratches and injuries! They are strong and fit well. The elastication means they don't move once put on and they are a good length. Good price as well.

The only problem is the elastic is far too tight & if you have 'larger arms' it needs to be taken out & new longer length elastic put in other wise the arm guards work very well.

Does exactly what it says on the tin and protects my arms from nasty, beastly, horrid brambles.

Bought these for my wife as she couldn't get gloves that were gauntlet style, but still with hands that allowed fine garden work. Now she can wear ordinary garden gloves with these to protect her arms. Great idea! Would recommend.

Best for winter ware over coats

I came across these arm protectors while browsing Amazon and realised what a brilliant idea they were. As someone prone to gardening mishaps, my arms are often scratched and bruised when tackling rose pruning and bramble eradication. Garden gloves are a must-have but there will always be whippy branches waiting to rip my exposed arms - but, no more...I am now prepared for the next round of garden combat! These sleeves fit snugly from wrist to well past the elbow and while maybe not thornproof, thorns will snag on the material rather than my thinning skin.

When my cat comes up on my lap for petting or brushing my sleeves end up covered in cat hairs. That's when these sleeve protectors come in very handy and also protects me from her claws. I'm glad to have their protection!
